Yes. Browsing all listings, using the filters and contacting sellers is free of charge. For publishing properties, account and subscription options apply as described in our Terms & Conditions.

Click “Add Property”, create an account and add your property with title, price, location, size and photos. Your listing then appears in the search and on the homepage.

Every listing shows direct contact options: e-mail and, where available, WhatsApp. There is no middleman — you reach the seller or agency directly.

The platform currently covers Albania, Kosovo and North Macedonia with listings in more than 30 cities and coastal areas, including Tirana, Durrës, Golem, Ohrid and Skopje.

The website is available in English, German, Albanian and Macedonian. You can switch the language at any time in the header or footer.

Yes. Use the “For Sale” and “For Rent” tabs in the search and on the properties page, and combine them with country, city, category, price, rooms and size filters.

If you notice incorrect or suspicious content, write to info@estatedeal24.com with the listing reference (ED24-…) and we will review it.
